Cinema itself is a language of its own kind. Thus adaptation of literature into a film could be better expressed as translation of a piece from one language to the other. The advantage of literature is the existence of bounteous vocabulary, which canvery well illuminate the unsaid fragments.

Matru Ki Bijli ka Mandola… a film that came up with extremely contradictory analysis from its viewers. Some recommended it as a must watch, however others just trashed it as Matru is not at all a film and the director should take a break from film making. The ratings given by critics also toggled between 2.5 to 4.5. Watching the movie with a neutral mind and a cinematic sense, I found it to be a bounteous combo of great cinematic elements, story telling and black humor.
